Prior to my career as a coach, I spent six years as a Software Developer specializing in Data and Machine Learning. Throughout my time in the field, I witnessed firsthand the difficulties associated with collaboration, particularly within companies operating in complex domains and undergoing organizational transformations, acquisitions, and fast-paced growth phases.
This experience has emphasized the importance of recognizing the impact of change on individuals and the necessity of actively cultivating a positive company culture to promote team growth and success.
As a certified Senior Agile Coach, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals by fostering self-sustainable change through people, mindset, and culture. I customize my services to meet the unique needs of each of my clients, which may include 1:1 coaching, team coaching, as well as workshops and training facilitation.
