In transformational coaching, the focus is on becoming more aware of your deeper, often taken-for-granted assumptions that shape how you experience your life or a given situation.
More than an ICF-certified coach, I am a Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga teacher.
I combine ICF cognitive coaching tools with mindfulness techniques, helping my clients reconnect their intelligent minds with their aware bodies.
My approach is compassionate-based, research-led, and trauma-informed.

The feeling of being overwhelmed by life’s constant changes can be paralyzing. I’ve moved to new cities, switched careers, and constantly strived to learn and grow in an attempt to silence my nagging inner critic.
Until I discovered the power of mindfulness and coaching. Mindfulness practice became my anchor, a way to ground myself and find calm in the chaos. Coaching provided me with a supportive partner and a safe space to explore my challenges and find my way forward.
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Mindfulness Teacher, I’m passionate about sharing these tools with you! These aren’t just fancy theories – they’re techniques I’ve personally used to navigate life’s ups and downs, and I’m confident they can help you, too.
