  • PAYMENTS FOR SESSIONS & CLASSES

    All classes need to be booked and paid for in advance.

  • COACHING SESSIONS & CLASSES CANCELLATION POLICY

    I won’t give refunds, or transfer missed coaching sessions or classes to the next/another coaching session or course.
    If the session or course is cancelled from my side, you will receive a full refund.

  • WORKSHOPS + COURSES CANCELLATION POLICY

    When booking courses and workshops, please note that we can only provide a full refund (less a 10% admin fee) for cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date. For any other cancellations, there will be no refunds or transfers. You will be offered a full refund if a course or workshop is cancelled from my side.

    I reserve the right to cancel a workshop or course before the start date. Your money will be refunded fully.

  • PRIVATE LESSONS CANCELLATION POLICY

    24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of single coaching sessions or private lessons. Missed coaching sessions or classes without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.

PRIVACY

I take your privacy seriously, and I’m committed to protecting your privacy. I do not share any personal information with any third parties nor rent, sell, disclose or distribute your information to any outside parties.
You are under no obligation to provide any personal data other than your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

The comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely if you leave a comment. This is so we can automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, locations outside the United Kingdom (“UK”).
