Hey there! I am the Maria behind Maria: Mindfulness and Coaching. I’ve been practising mindfulness for about a decade now. I’m a certified Coach specializing in Transformational and NeuroMindfulness coaching, as well as a yoga teacher.

While many people turn to Meditation as a quick fix for stress, starting something new during tough times can feel overwhelming.

I’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible benefits of consistent Mindfulness Practice, both in my clients and in myself, and I believe that making mindfulness a part of your daily routine is the first step towards developing the ability to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

Hi, I’m Catherine. I’m originally from Switzerland but have lived in London for 15 years.

Yoga is my life, with all its facets. Not only the physical part but meditation, pranayama and philosophy captured my interest more than 30 years ago.

I have done extensive training and education in yoga and call myself an eternal student. I have over 25 years of teaching experience, and I am passionate about yoga, as I know how it can change you to live a fuller life.
