Stop Hitting the Snooze Button of your Life

I remember loud and clear when, at the beginning of my self-development journey, I was struggling with Restlessness and truly suffering every time I didn’t have an exciting plan to spend my weekend on.

My strategy to deal with it? I blamed it on my partner. How could it be so lazy not to care whether we had something to do on the weekend?

It was much easier to blame him rather than admit I couldn’t find anything exciting or stay still two days in a row. Doing something wasn’t a priority for him at that moment. It was entirely my need and entirely up to me to find a solution.

As a result, I was still struggling with Restlessness, plus I created a fight out of it as a Bonus.

I recently stumbled on a Mantra from Coach Mel Robbins that I wish I had known in that period of my life.

No one is coming.

I find it the ultimate kick in the butt.

  • No one is coming to make you move from the couch.
  • No one is coming to make you switch off your tv.
  • No one is coming holding your boundaries.
  • No one is coming to improve your relationships.
  • No one is coming to find out what really matters to you.

  • No one is coming to start your business.
  • No one is coming to make you happy.

The truth is, fortunately, or unfortunately, it’s up to you.

The moment in which you start holding responsibility, your life begins to change.

Does it mean you’re alone in the process?

No.

As I explain in My Formula To Navigate Change, reaching out for help is one of the resources that keep us going.

Once you start showing up for yourself, more people will jump on board too. It might be a friend inspired by your ambition, a partner who cares about us, a neighbour looking for someone to fill a position you’d be the perfect match for or a Coach who wants nothing more than to see you succeed in creating the life you deserve.

The same Mantra applies:

No one is coming to create your support system and ask for help from the right people: it’s up to you.

Our life and our dreams are our responsibility. If we don’t prioritize them, literally nobody will.

When will you stop hitting the snooze button of your life?

The thing is, each one of us is a Work in Progress and Taking Action is a muscle that we’re going to need for the rest of our lives.

The only ones responsible for deciding when to start training it is ourselves.

Let’s make going through our fears a habit we are proud of.

As a Coach, I can help you by being your support system, setting your goal and walking in toward the life you want to build for yourself. It’s up to you.

More than My Regular Coaching Packages, I am about to launch ‘The Mindful Habit’ to support you along this journey.

The Mindful Habit is an Online Program to help you to establish a Regular Meditation Practice that Sticks.

I invite you to join the Waiting List, be the first to know when the doors open and get 50% off.
